Description
Make crispy cherry tomato chips in your air fryer. They are a healthy and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
- Cut each tomato in half.
- In a bowl, toss the tomato halves with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the tomatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and dehydrated.
- Let the chips cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for uniformly sliced tomatoes.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
- Check the chips frequently near the end to prevent burning.
