Healthy air fryer chicken breast with honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the internal temperature should be 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
- Adjust the cooking time for larger or thicker chicken breasts.
