Description
A quick and easy recipe for Air Fryer Chicken Pad Thai. This dish combines tender chicken, rice noodles, and a savory sauce for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss chicken with 1 tbsp oil and garlic, then air fry for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Push chicken to one side, pour eggs into the air fryer, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Stir well.
- Air fry for 3 more minutes, then add bean sprouts and green onions.
- Serve topped with crushed peanuts and lime wedges.
Notes
- Use tamari for a gluten-free version.
- Adjust chili flakes for desired spiciness.
- For extra crispiness, air fry for 1-2 minutes longer.
