Description
Crispy chili cheese wedges made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
- 2 tbsp sour cream (for serving)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle cheese and jalapeños over the wedges.
- Air fry for 2-3 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes and pat dry before seasoning.
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less chili powder.
