Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until wedges are crispy and golden.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with lime juice. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
