Description
Easy and delicious air fryer chocolate chip cookies that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, then mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
