Description
Delicious air fryer churros coated with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in flour until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros in 4-inch lengths onto parchment paper.
- Place churros in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Notes

- Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
