Description
Delicious churros filled with dulce de leche, made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt until combined.
- Allow to cool slightly, then mix in vanilla and eggs until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag.
- Pipe strips of dough onto parchment paper.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place churros in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
- Fill churros with dulce de leche using a piping bag.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
