Description
A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with air-fried cinnamon rolls, eggs, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate cinnamon rolls and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove cinnamon rolls and let cool slightly.
- Split each roll in half horizontally.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook eggs to your preference, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each cinnamon roll.
- Top with cooked egg and the other half of the roll.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For crispier rolls, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you prefer a spicy kick.
- Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll package for extra sweetness.
