Description

A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with air-fried cinnamon rolls, eggs, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate cinnamon rolls and place them in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Remove cinnamon rolls and let cool slightly.
  5. Split each roll in half horizontally.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook eggs to your preference, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each cinnamon roll.
  9. Top with cooked egg and the other half of the roll.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For crispier rolls, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you prefer a spicy kick.
  • Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll package for extra sweetness.
