Description
Crispy air-fried chickpeas coated in cinnamon sugar for a sweet and crunchy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss hot chickpeas with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For extra crispiness, remove chickpea skins before cooking.
