Description

Crispy air-fried chickpeas coated in cinnamon sugar for a sweet and crunchy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  6. Toss hot chickpeas with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Let cool before serving.
