Ingredients

  • 1 small pumpkin (about 2 cups sliced)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice pumpkin into thin, even chips.
  3. Toss pumpkin slices with melted butter or oil.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Coat pumpkin slices with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Let cool before serving.
