Description
Crispy pumpkin chips coated in cinnamon sugar, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin (about 2 cups sliced)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice pumpkin into thin, even chips.
- Toss pumpkin slices with melted butter or oil.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat pumpkin slices with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
