Description
Crispy air-fried coconut churros with a sweet cinnamon coating.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Boil water, sugar, salt, and oil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in shredded coconut.
- Pipe dough into strips onto parchment paper.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Toss warm churros in cinnamon-sugar mix.

- Use a piping bag with a star tip for best results.
- Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
