Description
Crispy and healthy air fryer collard green chips.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch collard greens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and dry the collard greens thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the collard greens with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the collard greens in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness, and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
