Ingredients

  • 1 bunch collard greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and dry the collard greens thoroughly.
  3. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, toss the collard greens with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Place the collard greens in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check for crispiness, and cook longer if needed.
  8. Remove and let cool before serving.
