Description
Crispy air fryer crab cake egg rolls filled with crab meat and seasonings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the egg rolls in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can use imitation crab meat if preferred.
