Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into fry shapes.
- Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and air fry for 2 more minutes.
