Description
Crispy beet greens chips made in an air fryer for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups beet greens, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss beet greens with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned beet greens in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispness; continue air frying in 1-minute intervals if needed.
- Once crispy, remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Make sure greens are completely dry for best results.
