Ingredients

  • 2 cups beet greens, washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss beet greens with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the seasoned beet greens in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check for crispness; continue air frying in 1-minute intervals if needed.
  6. Once crispy, remove and let cool before serving.
