Crispy air-fried fries with rich black garlic flavor
Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp black garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks
- Soak in cold water for 30 minutes
- Dry thoroughly with paper towels
- Toss with oil, black garlic paste, and seasonings
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes
- Shake basket and cook 5 more minutes
Notes
- For crispier fries, soak potatoes longer
