Description
Crispy buffalo lemon pepper wings made in the air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
- Toss wings with olive oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss cooked wings in the sauce mixture.
- Serve immediately.
