Description

Crispy cheddar bacon fries made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and pat the fries dry.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
  10. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
