Description
Crispy cheddar bacon fries made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into fries.
- Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the fries dry.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
