Description
Crispy and spicy potato chips made in an air fryer with a chili crisp coating.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chili crisp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss the chips with chili crisp and air fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Slice potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- Adjust chili crisp amount for desired spiciness.
