Description

Crispy polenta cakes made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup polenta (cornmeal)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add salt and slowly whisk in polenta.
  3. Reduce heat and stir until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  4. Pour polenta into a greased pan and let cool for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut into cakes and brush with olive oil.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
