A quick and easy recipe for crispy egg fries made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each egg in the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
- Place the coated egg fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crunch, double coat the egg fries.
