Description
Delicious and crispy feta herb fries made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the fries in the mixture until coated evenly.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.
- Crumble feta cheese over the fries during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
