Description
Crispy goat cheese fries made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 8 oz goat cheese, chilled
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for spraying)
Instructions
- Slice chilled goat cheese into fry-shaped sticks.
- In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each goat cheese stick in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
