Description
Crispy fries with a spicy harissa kick, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, harissa paste, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Cut fries evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust harissa for more or less spice.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
