Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  2. Slice potatoes into thin rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Toss potato slices with olive oil, harissa paste, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
