Description
Make crispy herb oil potato chips in your air fryer with minimal oil and maximum flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the potato slices with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the slices and cook for another 5-8 minutes until crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
