Description
Make crispy honey mustard potato chips in your air fryer with minimal oil. These chips are crunchy, flavorful, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss potato slices in the honey mustard mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use russet or Yukon Gold potatoes for best results.
