Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for another 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle shredded jack cheese over the hot fries and let it melt slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes and pat dry before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and desired crispiness.
