Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip the chips, and cook for another 5-8 minutes until crispy.
