Description
Easy-to-make crispy potato chips with a parmesan twist, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using).
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Slice potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer to ensure crispiness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
