Easy-to-make crispy potato chips with a parmesan twist, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using).
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
