Description
Crispy and flavorful sourdough bread crumb nuggets made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sourdough bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, shake the basket, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use stale sourdough bread for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to restore crispiness.
