Description
Crispy tofu made in an air fryer for a healthy snack or meal.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the tofu in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
