Description

A quick and healthy crustless pizza made in the air fryer using cottage cheese as the base. Loaded with your favorite toppings for a guilt-free meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased air fryer basket or pan to form a thin circle.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and spread pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  6. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and olives as toppings.
  7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese if desired.
  8. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
