Description
Crispy and flavorful Cajun curly fries made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into curly shapes using a spiralizer.
- In a bowl, toss the curly fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned curly fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes for extra crispiness.
