Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Coat chicken thighs with olive oil, then rub seasoning mix evenly on all sides.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model and chicken size.
- For extra crispiness, cook skin side up for the last 3-5 minutes.
