A simple and tasty recipe for crispy parmesan potatoes made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
