Description
Delicious Korean-style spicy wings made with gochugaru.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons gochugaru
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and salt.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well.
- Let wings marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochugaru for desired spice level.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce if preferred.
