Description
Tender pork ribs coated in a sticky Asian-inspired glaze, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat dry the pork ribs with a paper towel.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs evenly with the sauce mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with extra glaze and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use baby back ribs for best results.
- Let ribs marinate for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer (145°F internal temp).
