Description

Tender pork ribs coated in a sticky Asian-inspired glaze, made easy in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat dry the pork ribs with a paper towel.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the ribs evenly with the sauce mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Brush with extra glaze and cook for 5 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Use baby back ribs for best results.
  • Let ribs marinate for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
