Description
A flavorful dish of Thai green curry-flavored chicken wings cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Thai green curry paste
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix green curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of curry paste to taste.
- For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
- Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
