Description
A simple and delicious air fryer tomato recipe that brings out the natural sweetness of tomatoes with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Place the tomatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm tomatoes for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
