Description
A simple, healthy meal prep wrap recipe made in an air fryer. Perfect for quick lunches or dinners throughout the week.
Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss bell peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry vegetables for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Lay out tortillas and divide chicken, vegetables, and cheese evenly among them.
- Fold tortillas into wraps, tucking in the ends.
- Air fry wraps for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before slicing or storing.
Notes
- Store wraps in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in air fryer for 2 minutes to restore crispiness.
