Description
Make delicious Boston cream donuts using your air fryer. These donuts are soft, fluffy, and filled with creamy custard, then topped with chocolate glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding or custard
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Use a small cutter to remove centers, forming donut shapes.
- Air fry donuts for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Flip halfway through.
- Let donuts cool completely.
- Fill a piping bag with custard and inject into each donut.
- Melt chocolate chips, butter, and milk. Stir in powdered sugar to make glaze.
- Dip the tops of the donuts in the chocolate glaze.
- Let glaze set before serving.

- Use store-bought custard for quicker prep.
