Instructions
- Slice dragon fruit into thin 1/8-inch rounds
- Toss slices with lemon juice to prevent browning
- Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket
- Air fry at 150°C (300°F) for 25 minutes, flipping halfway
- Cool completely before serving
