Description
Crispy roasted Brussels sprouts made easy in the air fryer. A quick and healthy side dish with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut sprouts evenly for consistent cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
