Description
A quick and flavorful salmon dish made with Cajun seasoning and honey butter, cooked easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon dry and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
- Mix melted butter, honey, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Brush half the honey butter mixture over the salmon.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Brush remaining honey butter over salmon and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Check salmon thickness; thicker fillets may need extra time.
