Description
Crispy fried chicken wraps made easy with an air fryer. These wraps are crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken strips in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla, add lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy chicken strips.
- Drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Roll tightly and serve.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray chicken lightly with oil before air frying.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
