Description
A quick and easy grilled cheese sandwich with a crispy herb crust, made in the air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix butter, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, and basil in a small bowl.
- Spread herb butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Place sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.

- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the bread with oil.
