Description
A quick and flavorful recipe for honey garlic jerk chicken wings made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, jerk seasoning, soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss chicken wings in the mixture until fully coated.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust jerk seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry before coating.
- Serve with lime wedges or dipping sauce if desired.
