Description
Crispy homemade chips with Moroccan spices, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into thin chips.
- Toss chips with olive oil and spices.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Cook chips in air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use russet or sweet potatoes for best results.
- Adjust spices to taste.
